3.1 Reservation Process

To complete a booking, you must provide accurate information including name, contact details, and payment information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Payment

Payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards. Payment details are processed securely through our payment processor.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the first night's rate
• No-Show: Failure to check in without prior cancellation will result in full charge

3.4 Modifications

You may modify your reservation subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before check-in to request changes.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1 Check-In

• Time: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM
• Method: Self-service kiosk or mobile app (no front desk required)
• Door Code: You will receive your room access code via SMS on check-in day
• ID Required: Valid government-issued photo ID required

4.2 Check-Out

• Time: Check-out is 11:00 AM
• Late Check-Out: Subject to availability, additional fees may apply
• Key Return: Not required (keyless entry)

5. Guest Conduct and Property Rules

5.1 Acceptable Use

Guests must:

• Treat the property and other guests with respect
• Comply with all posted rules and regulations
• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
• Keep noise to reasonable levels, especially during quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM)
• Be responsible for the conduct of all visitors

5.2 Smoking

West Bethel Motel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking violations.

5.3 Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $25 per night pet fee applies. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

5.4 Maximum Occupancy

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limits posted for each room type. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

6. Liability and Damages

6.1 Guest Responsibility

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings, or property caused during their stay. Charges will be applied to the payment method on file.

6.2 Personal Property

West Bethel Motel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Please secure valuables.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Bethel Motel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your stay.
